The St. Louis Rams will host the division rival San Francisco 49ers on Sunday with kickoff set for 12 p.m. Tickets remain and can be purchased at www.stlouisrams.com/tickets, by calling 314-RAMS-TIX or at the Edward Jones Dome box office starting at 9 a.m. on Sunday. Missouri has another frustrating game in loss to Vanderbilt

- In a week that saw games go awry at times, there were finally some positive developments for the Cardinals in Sunday's 8-3 win over the Giants at Busch Stadium, including another quality start from Adam Wainwright. Wainwright allowed just one run in 6 1/3 innings.

- An offense that had been limited to six runs in their previous 33 innings got untracked thanks to four RBIs from Randal Grichuk, three coming on a bases-loaded double in the second inning.

- After a day off today, the Cardinals will be in Los Angeles on Tuesday night to face Clayton Kershaw and the Dodgers. The Cardinals have won their last nine road games, tied for the second longest streak in franchise history.
