- The Cardinals announced on Monday that Jose Oquendo will return as the team's third base coach next season and also added another fan favorite, Willie McGee, to the major-league coaching staff. Mike Shildt was named the new bench coach after working last season as the quality-control coach and then as the third-base coach after Chris Maloney was reassigned. 

- The Blues will have another day of practice today before Wednesday night's game against the Calgary Flames at Scottrade Center.
