- Ryan O'Reilly's first goal as a member of the Blues capped a three-goal second period that carried the Blues to ta 4-1 win over the Maple Leafs Saturday night in Toronto, giving them their second win of the season. Robert Bortuzzo and Zach Sanford scored the other second-period goals.

- The Blues will wrap up their three-game Canada trip on Monday night in Winnipeg.

- Drew Lock passed for 350 yards and tour touchdowns to lead Missouri to a 65-33 win over Memphis on Saturday in Columbia. Lock led the Tigers to a 48-20 halftime lead as they snapped a three-game losing streak. Larry Rountree III also rushed for three touchdowns in the big non-conference win. 

 

- STLSportsPage.com confirmed Friday night that the Cardinals' director of player development Gary LaRocque, is no longer under consideration to become the next general manager of the New York Mets.
